The gîte

The building that welcomes you today used to be the village school. After the school closed, it went through several lives before being renovated by the Éclaireurs de France scouting association. To preserve this piece of communal heritage, the village entrusted the gîte's management to a local association.

Les Nouvelles Flaviottes is not a hotel. It's a living space where families, associations, companies, hikers, school groups and many other groups come together to share a few days.

Located in Saint-André-en-Barrois, about twenty minutes from Verdun and close to the Meuse TGV station, the gîte is rented exclusively to a single group at a time.
